As with any charitable organisation, we cannot continue our work without support, both financially and physically.

We are always looking for volunteers to help with conservation work on our reserves. If you can spare one morning once a month, please contact us.

Please don’t worry if you’ve never done this type of work before, we’ll give any training that is needed. We are very health and safety conscious!

One thing we must state is that there is quite a lengthy walk to both of our nature reserves. This may involve walking through some scenic countryside but it also involves some uneven terrain.

A lift may be available to either reserve but cannot be guaranteed.

There are no toilet facilities on the reserves though there are nearby pubs who are usually happy to allow us to use their facilities.

Ivy House is situated reasonably near our Hollym Carrs reserve and contains adequate toilet and hand washing facilities.

If you are unable to help us physically, please consider assisting us financially.

You can simply make a donation or become a fully fledged member for as little as £12 per year! By completing our membership application form, printing it out and returning to us (or enclosing the required details with your cheque/postal order).

In return you will receive our quarterly journal (either in paper form or a ‘green’ version sent by e-mail) which will keep you up to date with what is happening within the organisation and on our reserves.
